UNIRA collects information you provide directly when creating an account, logging surgical cases, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, professional credentials, and case data you enter into the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve the UNIRA platform, including case logging, analytics, AI-powered documentation, and billing intelligence features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
UNIRA employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Your data belongs to you. You can export or delete your data at any time through the UNIRA dashboard. We do not claim ownership over any case data, operative notes, or analytics generated from your practice information.
On UNIRA's public website, we use Google Ads and OpenAI Ads measurement technologies to understand whether advertising leads people to view UNIRA pages, select a link to the App Store, or submit an SSR migration request. The purpose of this tracking is to measure interest in and conversion to the UNIRA app and platform.
The marketing-site conversion events we currently send do not include surgical case data, operative reports, patient information, protected health information (PHI), or content entered inside the UNIRA app or platform. They may include technical and usage information such as browser or device information, IP address, page URL, advertising referral identifiers, and event timestamps. A successful SSR migration conversion event indicates that the form was submitted; the conversion event itself does not include the form fields.
For more information about our broader data practices and the technologies used on the website, review our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
UNIRA may use third-party services for infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. All third-party providers are vetted for security and compliance and are bound by data processing agreements.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, contact us at privacy@unira.ai or through our contact page.
